Hydration, delivered to your door

What we offer

Real clinical care, delivered where you actually are.

Every visit starts with a real history and assessment, followed by an individualized order from our supervising physician — then a registered nurse comes to you to administer it.

Hydration drips

Fluids and electrolytes for dehydration, travel recovery, illness, or everyday depletion.

Vitamin & mineral infusions

Immune support, energy, and beauty-focused blends, dosed for your history — not a fixed menu.

Recovery & performance

Hangover recovery and athletic performance infusions for when your body needs to reset fast.

Physician-directed care

Every order is issued and overseen by our Medical Director — never a nurse acting alone.

How a visit works

From booking to IV, the right way.

1

Book a visit

Choose a time and tell us what you're looking for — hydration, vitamins, or recovery support.

2

Health intake

A short health history so our team understands what's safe and right for you specifically.

3

Individualized order

Our Medical Director reviews your intake and issues an order tailored to you — not a fixed menu pick.

4

Your nurse arrives

A licensed RN comes to you, confirms your history in person, and administers your infusion.

Payment & coverage

Simple, transparent, and HSA/FSA-friendly.

Because IV hydration and wellness infusions are considered elective, they are not typically covered by traditional health insurance. Here's how most VateMed clients pay — and where your existing benefits can help.

Most common

HSA & FSA accepted

When your infusion is medically indicated by our physician, most HSA and FSA cards can be used at checkout — the same way you'd pay for any qualified medical expense.

On request

Superbill for reimbursement

We'll provide an itemized superbill with diagnosis and procedure codes so you can submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement, when applicable.

Standard

Private pay per visit

Straightforward per-visit pricing with no surprise fees. Membership options for repeat clients are coming soon, along with corporate and event packages.

A note on insurance. Mobile IV hydration for wellness is elective care — no U.S. health insurer routinely covers it. Any service that promises otherwise is either misrepresenting coverage or offering something different than what we do. VateMed will always be upfront about what's paid out of pocket and what your HSA, FSA, or a superbill can help offset.

Frequently asked

Answers before you book.

Is mobile IV hydration covered by my insurance?

Almost never. IV hydration and wellness infusions are considered elective, so traditional health insurance doesn't cover them. That said, most HSA and FSA cards can be used when your infusion is medically indicated by our physician, and we can provide an itemized superbill on request so you can attempt out-of-network reimbursement with your insurer.

Can I use my HSA or FSA?

Yes, in most cases. Because every VateMed infusion is ordered by our Medical Director based on your individualized intake, it typically qualifies as a medical expense under HSA and FSA rules. We'll issue a receipt with the physician's order for your records.

If you're unsure whether your specific plan will accept it, keep the receipt — HSA/FSA cards are sometimes reimbursed after the fact rather than at checkout.

Where do you serve?

We launch in Metro Atlanta, Georgia — including Atlanta proper, Buckhead, Midtown, Decatur, Sandy Springs, Brookhaven, Dunwoody, Smyrna, Marietta, and Alpharetta. If you're just outside these areas, tell us on the booking form and we'll do our best to reach you.

We plan to expand across Georgia over time, and eventually to grow into full skilled home health services (see what's next).

Who actually gives me the IV?

A licensed registered nurse (RN). Your infusion is ordered by our supervising Medical Director based on your intake, and administered by a nurse in your home, office, or hotel. A nurse is never acting alone or improvising — every order is documented and physician-directed.

How long does a visit take?

Plan for about 45 to 75 minutes total. That includes a few minutes for the in-person history review, IV placement, the infusion itself (typically 30 to 60 minutes depending on the drip), and removal. You can work, watch TV, or rest during the drip.

What if I have a medical condition?

Please share it on the intake form. Our Medical Director reviews every case before an order is issued, and some conditions — including certain heart, kidney, or fluid-balance conditions, pregnancy considerations, or active infections — may mean we recommend a modified plan or ask you to check with your primary provider first. That's a feature, not a bug: it's how you know you're getting real clinical care.

How much does a visit cost?

Standard hydration visits in the Atlanta market typically range from around $150 to $300, with vitamin-focused, recovery, and specialty infusions higher. Final pricing will be published on this page at launch. Every quote is all-in — the amount you see is the amount you pay, with no surprise fees for supplies, travel within our service area, or the physician's order.

Can you come to my event, hotel, or office?

Yes. Hotels, corporate offices, and private events (weddings, bachelor/bachelorette parties, race recovery, film shoots) are a big part of the mobile-IV model. Group visits get priority scheduling — let us know your headcount and location on the booking form.

Where we're headed

Mobile hydration is where we start. Home health is why we exist.

VateMed was founded on a bigger idea: that skilled medical care belongs at home, not just in a facility. Mobile IV hydration is our first chapter — the clinical foundation, team, and trust we're building now are in direct service of what comes next.

Today: Mobile IV hydration

Physician-directed hydration and wellness infusions, delivered by an RN, built on real individualized care — not a drip-bar menu.

Next: Skilled home health

Wound care, medication management, chronic disease support, and post-surgical recovery — brought to the homes of elderly and disabled patients who are better served outside a facility.

Why VateMed exists

"I've spent years at the bedside — in long-term care, med-surg, oncology stepdown. I kept seeing the same thing: people got better faster once they were home. VateMed starts with mobile hydration, done properly and safely — and it's building toward the same idea at a bigger scale: real medical care, at home."
